Terms of Service

1. Data-Intermediary posture

Snowball (the “Service”) is a tool used by licensed financial advisors (“you”) to model their clients' retirement, insurance, and investment scenarios. You are the data controller for your client information; Snowball Pte. Ltd. is a data intermediary under PDPA §4(2).

2. Consent warranty

You warrant that for every client record you create, you have obtained the client's consent to process their data via the Service.

3. NRIC and contact details

You shall not enter NRIC/FIN values or end-client contact details (email, phone, address) into the Service. The Service applies automatic rejection of NRIC-shaped inputs.

4. Retention

When you soft-delete a client, the record is retained for seven years to satisfy FAA record-keeping obligations, then permanently purged.

5. Breach notification

If a notifiable breach occurs, Snowball Pte. Ltd. will notify you within 72 hours so that you can meet your own PDPC obligations under §26D.
