What we collect

As a data intermediary, Snowball processes client data on behalf of the licensed advisors who use the Service. We deliberately do not collect NRIC/FIN, client contact details, or client-identifying PII. Advisors use an advisor-chosen display name to refer to their clients within the Service.

Where data is stored

All data is stored in Singapore (ap-southeast-1). Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Retention

Soft-deleted records are retained for seven years to satisfy FAA record-keeping obligations, then permanently purged.
